Wild Bill’s traces its roots to 1955, to a small butcher shop in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Handcrafted, artisan strips of beef jerky were displayed in mason jars throughout the region. The same hand strung and smoked in a real smokehouse process is still in place today.
