Wes Jackson


Wes is President of Monogram Foods and a founding partner. He deals largely in sales and marketing with a primary focus on revenue growth through innovation and acquisition. Wes is proud of Monogram’s experienced management team that has created a strong culture of hiring and developing managers with a true entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to joining Karl to launch Monogram in 2004, Wes was President of Sara Lee Corporation’s Dinner Group, which had sales of more than $1 billion. When Monogram acquired a meat snack manufacturing plant in Chandler, MN in 2006, Wes knew Monogram would need additional management expertise so he turned to his twin brother, Ches, who at the time was Vice President of Customer Development with ConAgra Foods. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Martin
