We are BRC Food Certified, SQF Certified, and the approved label supplier for some of the largest and most safety-focused retailers in the United States. We utilize the latest technological advances for microbiological, foreign material, allergens and other food safety concerns. All food products are produced under strict HACCP guidelines for food safety and processing protocols. Monogram operates all facilities under stringent GMP and SSOP programs.

Team Members meet daily, weekly and monthly to collaborate on safety behaviors in the workplace to extend applicable safe practices at home. Safety culture is celebrated and rewarded frequently throughout the company. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the 2019 average recordable incident rate for food manufacturers was 4.0. Our OSHA recordable incident rate is significantly below the average rate for US food manufacturers.
Team Member Training
Team Members are trained in all safety areas to ensure a safe work environment and a quality product. We have invested nearly $250 million over the past several years to ensure production efficiency, team member safety and quality control.
