Sal joined Monogram in August of 2019. Prior to joining Monogram, Sal held Senior Supply Chain positions at Refresco Beverages, Dairy Farmers of America, and The Pepsi Bottling Group. Sal has a proven track record of building world-class sustainable supply chain organizations from the ground up. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and throughout his 30-year career has held leadership positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehousing, as well as Supply Chain. Sal is responsible for Monogram’s Supply Chain, which includes Integrated Business Planning, Procurement, Production Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, and Customer Service.
