Monogram Foods Appoints New Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance to Strengthen Operational Excellence Across Growing National Footprint

 

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE  — (September 2025) – Monogram Foods, a leading co-manufacturer in the food industry, is proud to announce the appointment of Allison DeGraffenreid as Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA). This strategic hire underscores Monogram’s unwavering commitment to delivering best-in-class food safety and quality standards as the company continues its growth in the co-manufacturing, private label, and food retail space.

In her new role, Allison will lead FSQA initiatives across Monogram’s network of manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent excellence in product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Her leadership will be instrumental in supporting Monogram’s mission to provide exceptional service to existing partners while scaling operations to meet increasing demand.

Allison brings a wealth of experience spanning retail, food service, private label, and industrial segments. She has successfully led domestic and international multi-site operations, built high-performing teams, and implemented robust programs that elevate supplier compliance and operational integrity.

Allison’s expertise and leadership will help us do just that.”

A chemist by training, Allison earned her B.S. in Chemistry with honors from the University of Kentucky and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from The Ohio State University, where she was awarded a U.S. patent for a novel method of producing Boron Nitride. She has contributed to industry publications, served on the Food Allergy Research & Resource Program (FARRP) board, and is an active member of Chief, a network of executive women focused on leadership development.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, Allison will spend the majority of her time working directly in Monogram’s plants, partnering with teams to uphold and advance the company’s high standards.
