Monogram Foods Appoints Kirsten Patchett as Chief People Officer
Experienced HR leader to drive culture, talent strategy, and organizational growth
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE — (April 13, 2026) – Monogram Foods today announced the appointment of Kirsten Patchett as Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role, Kirsten will lead the company’s human resources strategy, supporting Monogram’s continued focus on building a high-performance culture and advancing its People-First commitment.
Kirsten brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across global and high-growth organizations. She has deep expertise in organizational transformation, talent strategy, mergers and acquisitions integration, and leadership development, with a strong track record of aligning people strategies to support business growth.

Kirsten most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Club Car, where she led global human capital strategy, overseeing leadership development, workforce planning, compensation redesign, post-acquisition integrations, and organizational alignment initiatives that strengthened operational effectiveness and supported growth.
Known for her collaborative leadership style, Kirsten is deeply committed to fostering strong organizational cultures, developing leadership talent, and aligning workforce strategies with long-term business objectives.
Monogram expresses appreciation to Beverly Gates, who has served as Acting Chief People Officer in addition to her role as Chief Legal Officer, and will continue in that position.
