George joined Monogram Foods in 2009 as Vice President of Operations for our Martinsville, Virginia facility. Since then he has also served as Vice President of Finance Operations and Chief Financial Officer of the Bacon Division before stepping into his current role in 2025. As Division President of Bacon, he leads and directs the strategic vision and the overall operations of the Bacon Division, ensuring growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

George brings more than 30 years of experience in the food industry to Monogram Foods. Prior to joining Monogram he served as the Vice President of Operations for American Foods Group.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Rochester.
