Jeff Frank is the Chief Executive Officer of Monogram Foods, a leading co-manufacturer and private-label food provider. Appointed in April 2025, Frank is only the second CEO in the company’s history.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the food industry, Frank brings a deep understanding of strategic growth, operational excellence, and team-driven success. Prior to joining Monogram, he served as CEO of Organic Valley, where he led the company to surpass financial goals and achieve the top market share in its category. His earlier tenure at Hormel Foods spanned over two decades, during which he held several senior leadership roles and played a key role in the company’s largest acquisition.

Known for his results-driven leadership and collaborative approach, Frank is committed to building on the company’s strong foundation of safety, quality, and customer service.

Frank is based at Monogram’s headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee where he leads the efforts to continue the company’s legacy of growth and excellence in the food manufacturing industry.
