Kirsten joined Monogram in 2026 as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening Monogram’s company culture, advancing leadership capabilities, and aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.

Kirsten brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership across global and high-growth organizations, with deep expertise in transformation, organizational design, mergers & acquisitions integration, and fostering a strong culture and building people strategies that support business growth. Most recently, Kirsten served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Club Car, where she led global human capital strategy for a 1,400-person workforce, overseeing leadership development, workforce planning, compensation redesign, post-acquisition integrations, and organizational alignment initiatives that drove growth and strengthened operational effectiveness.

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
