MEMPHIS, TENN. (January 4, 2022) – Monogram Foods (“Monogram”), a nationwide leader in developing, packaging, and creating food products, is pleased to welcome Gary Giles as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), a new position at Monogram. Giles’ hire is part of Monogram’s strategic vision of continued growth as a market leader in innovative food manufacturing.

“Gary has a proven, thirty-year track record of successfully building and guiding operations at organizations across the globe. With his expertise, knowledge, and impeccable leadership abilities, he will be instrumental in Monogram’s continued success,” says Monogram’s Chief Executive Officer Karl Schledwitz.

As Monogram COO, Giles will serve on the Monogram executive leadership team and will lead operations of various departments including human resources, sustainability, and project management. He will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that build upon Monogram’s best run business approach to producing America’s favorite meat snacks, bacon, frozen appetizers, and more.

Giles brings extensive experience in food, nutrition and wellness, most recently serving as CEO of Innovations in Nutrition and Wellness (INW), the world’s largest solutions partner serving the global nutrition and wellness industries with a series of value-added offerings that included research & development, manufacturing, packaging, and brand support. He is a graduate of the Tuck School of Business of Dartmouth College and a former U.S. Marine Corps officer. Gary and his family live in Memphis, Tennessee.
