Monogram Foods Relocates Support Center to Strengthen Culture and Elevate Customer Experience

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE  — (September 2025) – Monogram Foods, a leader in food co-manufacturing, private label, and foodservice, announced the relocation of its support center to a newly reimagined facility designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and exceptional service delivery. Monogram Foods, Memphis, is now located in Crosstown Concourse, a 1.5 million square feet mixed-use development that is the centerpiece of Memphis’ revival as a safer, stronger, more economically resilient city. The move marks a pivotal step in the company’s continued trajectory of strategic growth and commitment to unparalleled team member and customer experience.

The support center was previously located at the Oak Court Office building in East Memphis. With the impending end to Monogram’s lease at Oak Court, and future development plans at the property, Monogram began scouting new locations two years ago. “We feel fortunate that we found a place that fits our culture so well,” says Monogram’s CEO Jeff Frank. “The new space empowers our teams to collaborate more effectively, innovate faster, and deliver the world-class support our customers expect. It’s also a great, energetic place to come to each day and offers our team members countless amenities.”

Driving Growth and Innovation The relocation aligns with Monogram’s broader growth strategy, enabling expanded capacity, enhanced service capabilities, and a more agile response to evolving customer needs. The Memphis team serves as support for the company’s 13 locations across the U.S.

Honoring our Production Teams When Monogram set out to design the space, the team knew they wanted it to be a celebration of the people and products that define Monogram – the team members in their manufacturing facilities that the Memphis team supports each day. Throughout the space there are large, artful photos, of plant team members and Monogram-made products. The company also named conference rooms after the states in which their facilities are located, as well as the company’s founders Karl Schledwitz and Wes Jackson.

A Space Built for the Future Crosstown Concourse is an architecturally-acclaimed building known for its sustainable design and its “living ecosystem” status. It is LEED Platinum certified, the highest level of green building design. With open workspaces, advanced technology integration, and wellness-focused amenities, the location reflects Monogram’s forward-thinking approach to employee engagement and operational excellence. Team members can enjoy restaurants, retail, medical offices, a wellness center, and more, right on Crosstown’s campus.

The Future of Flex The move was accompanied by a revision of the company’s policy on remote, hybrid, and flexible working arrangements. At a time when remote and hybrid work is not as common as it has been in recent years, eligible team members are able to work two days remotely if they choose to do so, while still enjoying plenty of opportunities for in-person collaboration and camaraderie. They may also request flexible schedules that better accommodate their life outside of work. “We want to recruit and retain the best and brightest, who do their best work no matter where they are,” says Frank. “Flexible work is not just a perk – it is a performance driver. By trusting our team to make the best decisions for themselves, we’re unlocking higher engagement, attracting top-tier talent, and retaining the incredible people who make our company thrive. This approach empowers our teams to do their best work, wherever they are, and ultimately positions us for long-term success.”
