Monogram Gourmet Foods Receives State Grant for Training and Development

Monongram Gourmet Foods in Boston is excited to announce that they have been awarded a grant through the state of Massachusetts’ WorkForce Training Fund in the amount of 72,035.00. This money will allow the Boston team to offer a variety of trainings over a two-year span to floor workers, supervisors and managers. Classes will include; English as a Second Language levels I, II and III, Effective Project Management, Microsoft Excel Strategies Levels I & II, PowerPoint, Word, Math in the Workplace, HACCP, LEAN, and PLC Programming. Monogram Gourmet has partnered with Middlesex Community College to provide facilitators for each topic offered. The grant requires a dollar for dollar match, therefore, classes are being held on site during regular work hours. Through this funding, Monogram Gourmet will be offering their diversified workforce a chance to develop their skills and grow personally and professionally in addition to strengthening the Monogram brand.
