Palmer joined Monogram in 2015 as a Contract Manufacturing Project Manager.  Since then he has also served as Director of Customer Marketing, Director of Business Development, and Vice President / General Manager of our Frozen business before stepping into his current position in 2025. As Senior Vice President of our Frozen business, Palmer leads the strategic vision and overall operations for our Frozen business segment, ensuring growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Palmer has more than 13 years of experience in the food industry. Prior to joining Monogram he served as an account manager at John Morell Food Group.

Palmer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management degree from the University of Memphis and an MBA from Christian Brothers University.
