Executive Vice President, Protein Business
Scott joined Monogram Foods in March of 2018 as Vice President & General Manager of our prepared meats division. In his current role as Executive Vice President for our Protein Business, he leads the protein snacks, portable snacks, bacon, and assembled foods business units. Prior to joining Monogram, Scott served in leadership roles in sales, marketing, innovation and emerging channels with more than 30 years of experience with Jimmy Dean Foods, Sara Lee Corp, Hillshire Brands, and Tyson Foods.
Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in Materials and Logistics Management from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Memphis.
