a company. Together, we are one Monogram.
Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary employee-led groups that aim to foster personal and career development for our team members. ERGs create opportunities for leadership development, career advancement, personal growth, and making a difference for all team members.
Monogram WAVE (Women Achieving Vision & Empowerment) offers a supportive space for members to connect, share experiences, and raise awareness about issues affecting women in the workplace while supporting mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
Monogram BIG (Black Inclusion Group) fosters inclusion by raising awareness about the unique experiences faced by Black team members in the workplace and offering mentorship and career development opportunities to support professional growth and advancement.
Monogram Foods ERGs are volunteer-led and all team members are welcome to join any ERGs that interest them.
