Ensuring the safety of our team members is an integral part of everything that we do. We are committed to fostering a safety-first culture that supports our team members and strives for an injury-free workplace. To achieve this, we maintain a robust health and safety program that includes training, facility audits, and reporting practices. This results in Monogram Foods maintaining a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) that is well below the industry average.

Monogram Foods is committed to delivering safe, high-quality food to our customers. Food safety and quality assurance are a main focus throughout our entire production process. We are proud that all our facilities are audited against the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest levels of food safety.
We are also BRC Food Certified, SQF Certified, and the approved label supplier for some of the largest and most safety-focused retailers in the United States. All food products are produced under strict HACCP guidelines for food safety and processing protocols. We continuously invest in the latest technological advances to address microbiological, foreign materials, allergens, and other food safety concerns.
